Major changes to Settings dialog,
Major revision to handle new controls and action types. Added keyboard-geometry test.
Added tests/diagnoses issues with XkbGeometry. Useful to GOK debuggers and developers. Added ACTION_TYPE_VALUECHANGE a new action type (currently unused) for slider-like devices.

Fixes bugs: 101141,and 105798
